I arrived in Amman, the evening of September 31st. I am trying to buy an older (about 1993 or 94) nine-passenger Korean van here to
drive to Baghdad in order to have a more secure means of moving
around for my wife Amal and myself, and for others we will be
working with. This is delaying my departure for Baghdad by several
days. I hope to be in Baghdad no later than the 9th.
